I Have this pouch in every color of every kit I have owned. I fit my leaders book, PVS 14, 3x adapter, and my gloves. Sometimes a folded map of the AO I am in.

Awesome multi-purpose pouch
SSG (Army) 2/26/2010 9:50 AM
This is an outstanding pouch for use with anything, it can be used to organize medical gear with a full IFAK inside it, or a 1000mL IV kit. My only issue with it and that of other TT gear, is the zippers, I always must either tape them up or replace them with 550. This pouch can also be a bit bulky these days, I used it back in '04/'05 before side plates were becoming issued, never tried using them since then. Otherwise this pouch is a perfect design for large items, or organizing misc gear into one pouch.

great product, does as advertised, i keep a pressure dressing in the small pocket along with the contents for a standard IFAK inside the main, my only beef with this product is the fact that the zippers have metal pull tabs that jingle far too much for my tastes, i broke them off and redid the pull tabs with paracord so its not all christmas like when i move and its easier for me to open for convenience or incase injured. other then the zipper issue it is a great product that i would recommend to anyone looking for a med pouch. one word of caution to anyone getting it to hold a water source, get the IBA buckle kit and is that as cinch straps or the pouch WILL bounce around and if you have it on your front it will beat the crap out of your hip.
