Web Dominator - Excess Webbing Management System

I bought these with a theory that didn't apply to their promoted usage. I wanted to find a cheap way to mount my tourniquet in an easy to my vest without paying the money for the competition's tourniquet holders. I hooked up 2 of these together and put the ratchet tourniquet in it, and works great. Way better than using rubber bands that dry out and can become brittle in the sun. IMHO using rubber bands compared to this technique is far superior in retention and longevity. If you are a unit supply officer, invest a couple bucks on these per soldier/marine because the last thing warfighters want to do while their buddy is bleeding out is fumble around in his buddies pouch looking for a tourni.
