TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our policy is to ship in-stock orders within 48 hours of the first business day that we receive your order. For example, if you place your order on Monday afternoon, your order will begin being processed on Tuesday morning and will ship no later than Wednesday afternoon. However, we do our best to ship all orders within one business day. Please be aware that this DOES NOT include weekends. If you place your order after Friday morning, it will most likely not begin being processed until Monday morning. We strongly recommend that if you have an order that must arrive by a certain date, you call our sales department directly and utilize expedited shipping.

TACTICAL TAILOR CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

SALES & DISCOUNT CODES

Unless otherwise specified, all sales, discounts and discount codes apply only to products manufactured by Tactical Tailor. Third party resale items, as well as certain apparel and package deal items, are excluded unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any sales, discounts or discount codes at any time without notice.

FEDEX SHIPPING

Our preferred method of shipping is FedEx Ground. Overnight, 2Day, and Express Saver (3 Day) services are available for additional charges (Ground and 3 Day not available for AK and HI). Please note that the day the order ships from our location is not included in the estimated shipping time. For instance, if FedEx states that it takes 5 business days for an order to arrive and your order ships on Monday, the order will not arrive on Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday.

Due to high instances of package theft, some areas require a mandatory signature for FedEx package delivery. FedEx will also require a signature if the order is more than $500. If you request that your package be left without a signature then you also agree to release Tactical Tailor from any and all liabilty if your package is lost or stolen.

Please be aware that FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays. While FedEx does offer Saturday delivery to some locations for an extra fee, we DO NOT offer it for internet orders.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING

Mandatory for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and international orders, we also offer United States Post Office Priority Mail as an affordable and quick alternative shipping method. PO Boxes, AK, HI, and APO/FPO PLEASE NOTE: Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Different rates apply for APO/FPO and international orders. If you choose UPS Ground as your shipping method and only provide us with a PO Box as your shipping address, your shipping will be automatically changed to USPS Priority Mail with no notice. When shipping to a Military address outside the US (APO/FPO addresses) the only shipping method available is USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to be discreet in our packaging to prevent mail theft. If you are concerned about mail theft, we can ship to a loved one or family member inside the United States. This way, he or she can repackage your order more discreetly and forward it to you as a care package. If you wish for us to ship your order to an APO/FPO address, please understand that Tactical Tailor may not be able to track or verify delivery of your shipment.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to customer error such as a mistake in the address provided with the order, the recipient moving or any reason not the fault of Tactical Tailor, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item.

We will attempt to contact the customer to acquire payment for additional shipping, however if no reply is received within 30 days, the original order will be cancelled and refunded, minus the cost of the initial shipping charge. It is rare, but if there are any costs incurred due to the package being returned, the refund may also be subject to a restocking fee to cover any additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL

We are proud to serve our customers world-wide. However, if you live outside the United States, please check HERE first for a list of our authorized international dealers. You may be able to find our gear closer to home and save money on shipping and duty fees. Orders being shipped to a physical address outside the United States (not including APO/FPO addresses) will be shipped via USPS Global Priority or Global Airmail, depending on the weight of the package.

Tactical Tailor cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties charged to international orders by the receiving country. Please check with your country's customs office if you have any concerns before ordering. Any import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

While Tactical Tailor ships to most international addresses, due to high incidences of credit card fraud in certain parts of the world, Tactical Tailor regrets that we do not ship to all countries.

International orders containing back-ordered items will be held until all items are in stock and then the order will be shipped complete. Please contact us to have incomplete international orders shipped. Additional shipping charges will apply.

BACK ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Due to current events, our stock levels may change rapidly and a sold out item may not be indicated as 'Out of Stock' on our website. Every effort will be made to contact you via email as soon as we receive your order to inform you of any back ordered items. Please be sure to check your junk mail folders for these notifications as they tend to be filtered as such. Your card will be charged in full at the time that your order is placed to ensure that you receive your back-ordered items as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any returned items at Tactical Tailor's discretion. Returned items must be in new and unused condition and must include ALL original packaging.

If the purchase was made using a Tactical Tailor Gift Certificate, the returned amount will be credited to back to the original gift certificate.

There are no refunds or returns on rucksack modifications or custom items. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return. Returned items must have been purchased directly through Tactical Tailor.

There are no refunds or returns on clearance items. All sales on items marked as clearance are final.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any exchanged items at Tactical Tailor's discretion. Exchanged items must be in new and unused condition and must include ALL original packaging.

There are no exchanges on rucksack modifications and custom items. S&H charges are non refundable and additional shipping charges may apply to the new items. Returned for exchange items must have been purchased through Tactical Tailor.

There are no exchanges on clearance items. All sales on items marked as clearance are final.
