When sending your rucksack to us for modification or repair, DO NOT send your rucksack frame or other accessories. While we will make every effort to return any items sent to us with the ruck, Tactical Tailor cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items beyond the actual rucksack and modifications.
It is very important that you send your rucks to us as clean as possible. Dirty gear can damage our sewing machines. Excessively dirty rucksacks will be returned to the customer to be cleaned before the modifications can be done. So PLEASE wash your ruck before shipping it. For modifications, please send your rucks to the following address: Tactical Tailor ATTN: Ruck modifications 2916 107th St S Lakewood, WA 98499 Rucksack mods may take 3 to 4 weeks to complete so please plan accordingly when sending your rucksacks to us. Please do not order a ruck modification unless you are purchasing a MALICE pack or sending us a rucksack to be modified. Tactical Tailor will no longer ship out ruck modification parts. If you order a ruck modification with the intention of having the parts sent to you to be modified locally, the parts will be removed from your order and your money for those parts will be refunded.
