ORDERING INFORMATION


TELEPHONE ORDERS

Telephone orders may be placed by calling 253-984-7854, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm P.S.T.

MAIL ORDER

We prefer to take your order by internet or telephone. But if necessary, you can download our order form HERE and mail it to us along with your payment.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and IMPAC cards for online purchases. For mail orders we also accept checks and money orders. Please note that orders paid for by personal check will be held for two weeks for the check to clear.

IMPAC Credit Cards:
IMPAC Credit Card holders please call to place an order. Additional discounts may apply. You MUST call to receive any bulk discounts or tax exemtion. Washington State IMPAC users must call to place orders to avoid being charged sales tax. IMPAC card discount starts at orders totalling $500 and up. If you place your government purchase online, no additional discounts will be available.

DISCOUNT CODE POLICY

Tactical Tailor is proud of all men and women around the globe defending freedom and protecting citizens. As a small token of our appreciation, we offer a 5% discount to all members of the military and law enforcement community. Loved ones and family members ordering for military and law enforcement personnel are also eligible to receive the discount.

By entering the letters WETSU into the coupon code box and clicking 'APPLY' during the checkout process, the 5% discount will be subtracted from your total. Once the coupon code is entered, it will be indicated on the order page.

Please be aware that if you do not take the discount at the time of checkout, we will not issue a refund for the amount. If you are unsure if the discount code has been applied, feel free to call our sales team and someone will be happy to walk you through the process.

This policy also applies to all other discount codes applicable on the Tactical Tailor website. No refunds will be given after payment has been received for incorrect use of discount codes.

ARMOR ORDERING RESTRICTIONS:

It is Tactical Tailor's policy to only sell Armor Express armor and armor components to verified law enforcement and military personnel. You will be required to provide proof of identity when placing an order for items in this category.

Upon placing your order, please fax a copy of your identification or an authorization letter on department letterhead to (253)984-6696 or call (866)984-7854 if you have any questions.

Please also be aware we currently CANNOT ship armor components to individuals outside of the United States, no exceptions. This restriction also includes military APO/FPO addresses.

Any orders placed without proper identification will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

TACTICAL TAILOR CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

UPS Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day services are available for additional charges (Ground and 3 Day not available for AK and HI).

Due to high instances of package theft, some areas require a mandatory signature for UPS package delivery. If you request that your package be left without a signature then you also agree to release Tactical Tailor from any and all liabilty if your package is lost or stolen.

FedEx Shipping

FedEx ground and expedited shipping is also available as an alternative shipping method.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

Mandatory for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and international orders, we also offer United States Post Office Priority Mail is an affordable and quick alternative shipping method.

PO Boxes, AK, HI, and APO/FPO PLEASE NOTE:
Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Different rates apply for APO/FPO and international orders.

If you choose UPS Ground as your shipping method and only provide us with a PO Box as your shipping address, your shipping will be automatically changed to USPS Priority Mail with no notice.

When shipping to a Military address outside the US (APO/FPO addresses) the only shipping method available is USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to be discreet in our packaging to prevent mail theft. If you are concerned about mail theft, we can ship to a loved one or family member inside the United States. This way, he or she can repackage your order more discreetly and forward it to you as a care package. If you wish for us to ship your order to an APO/FPO address, TT cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your shipment as we are limited in our ability to track these shipments. If you have your order shipped to an APO/FPO address, please understand that Tactical Tailor may not be able to track or verify delivery of your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL

We are proud to serve our customers world-wide. However, if you live outside the United States, please check HERE first for a list of our authorized international dealers. You may be able to find our gear closer to home and save money on shipping and duty fees. Orders being shipped to a physical address outside the United States (not including APO/FPO addresses) will be shipped via USPS Global Priority or Global Airmail, depending on the weight of the package.

Tactical Tailor cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties charged to international orders by the receiving country. Please check with your country's customs office if you have any concerns before ordering. Any import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

While Tactical Tailor ships to most international addresses, due to high incidences of credit card fraud in cerain parts of the world, Tactical Tailor regrets that we do not ship to all countries. Please contact us if you have any concerns prior to placing an order.

By checking the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box during the checkout process, you agree to hold Tactical Tailor harmless should you fail to receive an order that was shipped overseas or to a Military APO/FPO address.

DELIVERY

Due to current events, our stock levels change rapidly and some custom items are not kept in stock, so delivery times may vary. Every effort will be made to contact you via email to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. We do our best to ship in-stock orders within 24 to 48 hours, not counting weekends.

RETURNS

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returned items. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. There are no refunds or returns on rucksack modifications or custom items. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return. Returned items must have been purchased through Tactical Tailor. If you purchased our items through one of our dealers, please contact the location that you purchased from.

When shipping items to Tactical Tailor for return, exchange, or modification, we STRONGLY recommend that you use a trackable method of shipping and supply us with a tracking number at the time you send the items. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that do not arrive at our location.
