This "knife pouch" also fits the double stack mags for my fullsize M&P 45. http://tinypic.com/m/95pm6b/4 I'm going to have to get another one for my multi-tool.

...or for your standard M9 mag. The flap is adjustable for the length of what you are carrying in it and it doesn't take up much room on your IOTV.
