The Armor Express Aries plate is lighter than other comparable armor while still offering the same level of protection. The Aries III and III+ plates are polyethylene triple curve rifle plates covered with black rubberized coating. The Aries IV plate is a Silicon Carbide/Polyethylene hybrid SAPI rifle plate covered with black rubberized coating. These 10" x 12" plates are available in three types: Aries III Conjunction, Aries III+ Stand Alone and Aries IV Stand Alone.
