Perfect for AK-47 20 Rounders

Great for holding two AK 20rd mags. They fit well, not too deep. Easy to grip and pull out. Loaded up a MAV with these pouches and filled it with 20 rd AK mags. Great setup. Way better than lugging around 30 rd AK mags which interfere with the MAV bib pouches.

Great pouch
Christopher Mix (Absecon, NJ) 3/22/2010 6:28 PM
This is a very well built and great pouch. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was the issue with PMAGs. Trying to run 3 PMAGs may be a bit much for this pouch as the PMAG's over all length is longer than a standard metal magazine. You will lose roughly half of the velcro closure surface as the lid of the pouch has to make it over the extra length of PMAGS. Also If you are running 3 PMAGs with the dust covers on the inboard and outboard mag's dust cover will catch on the inside of the pouch (due to the tight fit) making it almost impossible to draw one handed, you would have to draw the center mag first, then the other two can be removed fairly easily. I have not had any problems with standard aluminum magazines (with out any sort of mag pull device) or Lancer L5 mags... All in all it's a great pouch and should suit your needs very well.

Great pouches

These are the best multi mag pouches I have ever used. I like the way they are not to bulky but still hold 3 mags securly. They are simple and durable, and worth the cost.

Surprisingly Versatile
Tim M (Tucson, AZ) 2/20/2010 7:03 PM
These pouches are everything you would expect as far as quality. Three PMAG’s are a tight fit but workable if you leave one sitting a little higher. Unfortunately this configuration proved to be too bulky for my needs and it looked like the two that I bought were destined to gather dust. That is until I figured out that they will comfortably hold two of the new Magpul LR20 .308 magazines with the dust covers on. Now instead of sitting in a box they are hanging on my other vest. Since this is intended to be a 5.56 pouch I have to give 4/5 stars because of the tight fight on the PMAG’s otherwise it is perfect.

Great GP Mag Pouch
SCOTT A. (South Hill, WA) 1/9/2010 8:33 PM
Great pouch! Why limit yourself to the SDS issue 2 mag pouch when you can carry three in the same space? You can fit 3, standard M4/M16 magazines in it with no issues. Put the issue pouches back in your duffle bag and purchase a few of these.
